General Terms of Operation and Execution of Experiences and Fly Fishing School
1. Registration and Payment:
Prior registration and payment of the full amount are required for participation in an experience or fly fishing school, to be completed no later than the start of the program. Registration becomes valid upon payment of a deposit or the entire amount.
2. Cancellation and Refund:
In the event of cancellation by the participant less than one day before the program begins, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or more before the program starts, the full amount will be refunded minus administrative costs.
3. Liability:
Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the program.
4. Safety and Code of Conduct:
All participants must adhere to safety instructions and codes of conduct set by the organizer or guide. The organizer reserves the right to modify the program or cancel activities due to inclement weather, high water levels, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health Conditions:
Participants must inform the organizer of any health issues, allergies, or peculiarities that may affect their participation in the program.
6. Insurance:
It is recommended that participants obtain appropriate insurance covering activities included in the program.
7. Photography and Recording:
The organizer reserves the right to photograph and record the event for promotional purposes unless the participant explicitly objects.
8. Changes to Terms:
The organizer reserves the right to change the general terms of operation and execution. Participants will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.
